Junior level (0+ PAE) no exp required just the right attitude; willingness to learn; smart; good academics and have attended a recognised Australian law school.
Role
No two days will be the same as you get stuck in and work across a range of matters such as: Preparation of basic and complex Estate Planning documents, Probate, Property Transmissions, Superannuation Death Benefit Claims, Trust Disputes, Family Provision Applications and Solemn Form proceedings; advice work and drafting legal documents and correspondence.
