Skills & Responsibilities
You will be a 5+ PAE Wills/Estates lawyer with experience gained at a reputable law firm. You will possess a strong technical understanding of the law, be articulate and have strong client relationship skills.
Role
No two days will be the same as you get stuck in and work across a range of matters such as: Preparation of basic and complex Estate Planning documents, Probate, Property Transmissions, Superannuation Death Benefit Claims, Trust Disputes, Family Provision Applications and Solemn Form proceedings; advice work and drafting legal documents and correspondence.
