Their service provides clients with the succession, tax, superannuation and trust planning advice they need to be able to maximise and protect their inheritance and for recipients of the wealth transfer to understand their options so that they can fully utilise the strategies and opportunities that have been given to them. This involves a blend of succession but also commercial law.
