At Burgess Paluch we are pleased to offer tailor-made and area specific salary advice to each of our clients, taking the guess-work out of determining differences across practice areas, firm sizes and locations.

At Burgess Paluch we don’t publish annual salary surveys, often taken from small sample groups which can generate inaccuracy and anomalies. We also believe that such surveys don’t take into account that, across each practice area or industry sector, lawyers at the same level will be paid at differing rates.

At Burgess Paluch we also know that, come review time, the last thing you want is for one of your lawyers to hand you a Burgess Paluch salary survey and demand a pay rise based upon it!
