Contingency Recruitment

At Burgess Paluch we aim to create recruitment solutions to satisfy each individual role. For most law firms and some corporates we recommend that we undertake recruitment on a contingency basis. The beauty of contingency recruitment for the employer is that, where the role arises in a general context, there is no initial outlay and generic advertising (unbranded) is paid for by us.

We advertise our services largely in the electronic media and on websites, as well as in the print media. We also utilize our ever-growing database of lawyers and seek referrals from lawyers for current roles. Our database was specifically designed by us and our IT expert to recruit lawyers. We are able to record specific aspects of legal experience and can undertake database searches that other legal recruiters can only dream of.

We are also happy to undertake branded advertising on contingency briefs. We structure such advertising costs on a commercial basis and unlike some of our competitors, don’t mark up the advertising costs.

We use a fast, cost effective and professional graphic designer to prepare ads on behalf of employers or are happy to work with your existing team.
