Skills & experience
You will be an IP/IT Lawyer at the 5-7 years’ PAE level.
Your new role
The majority of your work will be the full range of IP work – advisory (trade mark, copyright, breach of confidence and misleading and deceptive conduct) and non-contentious work (eg drafting trading terms). Also advise on Australian Consumer Law matters.
