You will be a Finance/M&A Projects Lawyer at Associate or Senior Associate level.
The role
Will see you working on fast paced, complex and innovative transactions in any given project phase – sale & acquisition, due diligence, feasibility, grid connection, compliance and associated areas of finance – offtake, construction and operation.
Your partner is a trusted adviser to leading participants who is renowned for advising on numerous marquee and first of its kind deals across the energy, water and infrastructure sectors, his track record includes pivotal projects in offshore wind, onshore renewables, LNG, water and transport.
