Skills & experience
You will be a Public & Administrative Law Litigation Lawyer who really enjoys undertaking their own advocacy in the Admin Review Tribunal and Federal Circuit Court.
Your new role
Will see you undertake work on a caseload of merits and judicial review matters, representing various Commonwealth Government agencies – including, in particular, the Department of Home Affairs – before the Federal Circuit, Federal and High Courts, and the Administrative Review Tribunal.
You will really enjoy drafting your own prospects advice and being involved in litigation strategies; drafting submissions; appearing yourself or instructing Counsel.
