The role on offer includes projects work and property development, acquisition/disposal for a mixture of developers, investors, owners, landlords and public and private companies, and some agribusiness work. You will be acting for property developers in all stages of commercial property transactions, as well as advising on complex subdivisions, acquisitions and sales, disposals, leasing, finance and joint ventures.
The firm is looking for a lawyer with at least 3 years of post admission experience, and up to about 10 years.
