You will be a Real Estate & Projects Lawyer at Senior Associate level.
Your new role
Will see you work on commercial, industrial and residential property, in both New South Wales and Queensland, specialising in complex commercial property transactions, acquisitions and disposals, developments, due diligence, subdivisions, strata renewal and amalgamations, project financing and joint venture arrangements. You will also enjoy commercial, industrial and retail leasing for both landlords and tenants, not just one or the other. Also be involved in significant strata renewal process, acting for developers, owners’ corporations, in relation to commercial and residential strata schemes.
