Skills & Responsibilities
You will be a 3+ PAE Wills/Estates lawyer with experience gained at a reputable law firm. You will possess a strong technical understanding of the law, be articulate and have strong client relationship skills.
Role
Working on a variety of matters including the preparation of basic and complex Estate Planning documents, Probate, Property Transmissions, Superannuation Death Benefit Claims, Trust Disputes, Family Provision Applications and Solemn Form proceedings
