The law firm
Our client is a highly regarded large regional law firm situated in Shepparton and with 5 other regional offices surrounding Melbourne. It now seeks to add a well-rounded senior commercial lawyer adept at working across a range of matters including advising on business structuring, transactions and governance, acting for buyers and sellers of businesses, advising on commercial and retail property leasing and other commercial matters.
As a result of continued growth, our client is keen to add an additional lawyer to work alongside senior partners of the firm.
The role
Significant experience across a range of commercial matters is essential, as is a willingness to become involved in the local community and team. Approximately 6-10 years PQE is desired.
