You will be an employment lawyer at the junior and mid-level (1 year SA). You do not need to have the full range of employment law experience. These are growth roles.
About the role
Work with the Head of Employment, Australia, and his current Senior Associate. Advise on the full range of employment and workplace issues including senior executive contracts, remuneration and incentive structures, managing senior executive exists, workplace change management, workplace disputes, strategic enterprise bargaining and responding to industrial action workplace investigations and discrimination and harassment claims (as well as the day-to-day employment matters).
Working on cross border projects, employment and employee benefits and incentive aspects of corporate transactions and employee transfers, outsourcing arrangements and restructurings. You can bring your defined employment law experience and broaden it.
