With very reasonable budgets, a streamlined management system and highly approachable managing partner, the firm has enjoyed significant growth interstate over the last 5 years, with other offices nearing the 100 employee mark. About you
To be suited to this opportunity you will be an established partner from a front end area, ready to establish a practice and build something special with an interstate firm. You will have some client base (it need not be massive) but must have good interpersonal and management skills, and the ability to bring in work with support. You will be positive and forward thinking, with highly evolved interpersonal and quality legal skills. Teams of lawyers or groups of like-minded partners will also be welcome of course.
