The law firm has continued to thrive and is attracting continued ongoing work of the highest calibre. Enjoy working on a wide range of high level corporate and general commercial work including broad M & A – joint-ventures, takeovers, and some international work. The firm is looking for an outgoing mid level or Senior Associate+ level lawyer who can now assist with and now or in the future be held out to clients as the front-person in deals and commercial contract negotiations. You will enjoy being exposed at the coal-face of transactions, and you will benefit from having an excellent team of more junior lawyers and established partners around you. The firm is happy to consider lawyers from top or strong mid-tier environments. Lawyers relocating or returning to Melbourne are also encouraged to apply.
