You will be a workers’ compensation lawyer at the Associate level (or want to move up to Associate level) who has Defendant workers’ compensation experience or would like to move to Defendant.
Your new role
Report to one Partner who undertakes coal mine work and provide advice to a few insurers and NSW Government Departments including Health, Education and emergency services including NSW Police, Fire & Ambulance.
You will be involved in several jurisdictions including the Workers’ Compensation Commission and the District Court, Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and High Court.
