Skills & experience
You will be a Banking Litigation lawyer at the 3-5 (Associate) level.
Your new role
Will see you obtain the opportunity to work across all of the partners in this Banking & Finance litigation team, utilising your insolvency and recoveries experience. As well as your technical expertise, you will bring your strong leadership qualities in order to mentor the junior lawyers in your Group.
Work across all of the highly experienced Partners (insolvency and banking specialists) in this Banking & Finance Litigation team. In insolvency space, your new team regularly advises and acts for voluntary administrators, receivers, liquidators, trustees in bankruptcy, secured and unsecured creditors in all aspects of the insolvency and restructuring process.
