You will be a workers’ compensation lawyer at the Associate level or Senior Associate level (Defendant workers’ compensation experience or would like to move to Defendant).
Your new role
Will see you working closely with two partners and 4 para-legals, undertaking a mix of workers’ compensation (75%) and work injury damages (25%). You can also be involved in a dust practice in Queensland; and a Canberra practice.
Provide advice on liability, quantum and claims strategies, including psychological claims (with the new changes at Regulation stage).
