New exclusive role for a Company Secretary in an important, successful not for profit, based in Perth. Use your commercial & interpersonal skills.
Our client a proud organisation which seeks a Company Secretary on a part-time basis, to assist with provision of company secretarial services to support governance and compliance activities. This will involve handling legal and administrative tasks, ensuring the organization meets its obligations to regulators including the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and the Australian Charities and Not for Profits Commission ACNC).
These services will include managing statutory records, preparing for and minuting meetings, filing annual returns, providing corporate governance advice and handling regulatory correspondence.
About the Role
As the Company Secretary for this organisation and its affiliates you will have a reporting line to the Board and the Directors while you provide oversight of the Company Secretary function.
About You
To be considered you must be a Company Secretary who is community and commercially minded, ideally with some not for profit experience. Your interpersonal skills will be highly evolved, and you will be interacting with and influencing senior executives, and you will possess advanced communication skills. You will enjoy working in a technical environment, be well organised and details oriented. You will be able to work unsupervised and with autonomy.
