Skills & experience
You will be a public liability lawyer at the 2-4 year level who would like to have a choice in your next role as to where you move.
Your new role
Will see you act for major non-insured and self-insured corporations on liability claims and will see the majority of your claims in the areas of common law, public and product liability, construction risk, professional negligence and recovery actions, statutory interpretation, contractual indemnities, catastrophic injury and property losses and insurance policy interpretation and disputes.
