What you will do
Work involves providing pragmatic, solutions-focused commercial advice, governance advice, contract drafting, procurement, grants and probity advice to Commonwealth Government agencies (including at senior levels).
You
Are an administrative/gov’t/public lawyer with 5+ years of PQE gained at a respected law firm and gov’t department.
You will also have experience with:
– working with government clients
– Contracting, procurement and/or grant experience
– An understanding of probity, integrity in the public sector, and governance principles
– General legal experience (whether that’s in dispute resolution, commercial law, administrative law, general public law)
You must also have or be in the process of obtaining Australian citizenship.
