Skills & experience
Will be a Banking & Finance Lawyer at the Lawyer or Associate level (or want to move up to Associate without currently having the title). You will want to specialise in real estate, corporate and acquisition finance and asset finance.
Your new role
Will see you reporting to two (2) partners who are market leaders in the non bank alternative capital and special situation finance area – one is active in the mid-market space with process improvement and strategic partnership initiatives; and the second has experience in factoring and invoice, renewables finance and loan restructuring. Others in this large team have extensive knowledge of commercial securities – real and personal property.
