Our Legal Counsel Role
Joining our General Counsel, as part of our nimble and high calibre legal team, you will enjoy contributing legally and commercially to the business as you provide high quality, efficient and considered legal services. With a mix of work on offer including drafting and negotiating a range of contracts, working collaboratively with internal business partners and managing contracts across their entire lifecycle, you will use your honed drafting skills, attention to detail and commerciality to assist the business. Broader work on offer will include legal technology and process improvement projects, governance, regulatory, data and privacy.
About You
We are looking for a passionate team player who aligns with our values and culture, takes pride in their unique contributions, and can challenge the status quo with disruptive thinking. Suited to an early riser to fit in with meetings in the US, this role will be a fit for a capable commercial lawyer with good drafting skills, exposure to areas such as general commercial, IT, IP or perhaps even research/clinical trials. You will be well trained and working in a quality in-house team or commercial law firm, have a stable CV, and enjoys working autonomously with support.
