Skills & experience
In order to be the Head of Legal of this valued and trusted family owned National business, you will have 10-12 years of legal experience, obtained from both in-house and private practice.
Your new role
Will see contribute to some 30 years of history (within the health and technology sector) in a greenfields position.
Report to the Chief Executive Officer utilising your contract management skillset to draft, review and manage client, vendor and partnership contracts. Employment, IP protection, compliance and regulatory work will also be involved from time-to-time. You will partner with HR, Finance & Operations as your stakeholders.
Be involved in the strategy of the business with the nimble Executive team.
