Skills & experience
You will be a Commercial Litigator or Insurance Lawyer at the 2 year who would like to move into the Product Liability space. You may have a Plaintiff background.
The role
Will see you working on a matter from beginning to end with a quick turnaround of some 4-6 months, not 4-6 years. All of your time will be billed, so there is no concern for work being written-off. Be supported at every stage of your work, and never feel alone.
Work closely with a partner with 25 years of experience of running complex claims through to trial. He provides strategic advice to insurers on complex coverage questions with a strong record of achieving favourable outcomes on difficult coverage disputes.
