My client is an up-market and leading Gold Coast boutique law firm offering services is family law, wills/estates, commercial litigation.
In this role:
You will work closely with the Family Law Director on a variety of family law matters (including parenting matters, Binding Financial Agreements and property matters), taking ownership of your own matters.
This role offers real responsibility and the ability to run matters end‑to‑end — with support where needed, but without micromanagement.
No two matters (or days) are the same. You’ll have room to think strategically, contribute ideas, and develop your litigation skills in a firm that values efficiency, technology and outcomes over unnecessary process.
You:
- Admitted as an Australian lawyer (preferably QLD)
- Experienced (or developing experience) in family law – ideally more than 2 years
- Solutions‑focused
- Confident communicating directly with clients
- Organised, driven and able to manage your own files
- Comfortable taking ownership and exercising judgment
Experience level is flexible — we are open to mid‑level through to senior lawyers where the fit is right.
