The Role
Reporting to a highly regarded General Counsel and partnering closely with senior leaders across the business, this is a broad in-house role offering significant exposure to major projects and strategic commercial matters.
Based in Melbourne CBD, you will work across a growing portfolio of energy and renewable projects, advising on matters including project development, EPC and construction contracts, procurement and supply arrangements, corporate and commercial transactions, regulatory issues, disputes and general commercial advice.
This is a hands-on role that will see you working directly with operational stakeholders and executives, providing commercially focused legal advice and becoming a trusted adviser to the business. You will gain valuable exposure to the full lifecycle of major projects while developing a deep understanding of the commercial drivers behind project delivery.

Who We Seek
We are interested in lawyers with 2-7 years’ PQE gained in a quality law firm or in-house environment. Experience in projects, construction, energy, infrastructure, or resources will be highly regarded.
You will possess strong technical and drafting skills, commercial acumen and the confidence to engage directly with stakeholders at all levels. Most importantly, you will be proactive, adaptable and keen to become an integral part of a successful and growing business.
