The Opportunity

The Role
Working as part of a high-performing and collaborative team, you will advise and represent clients across all aspects of employment, industrial relations, discrimination and safety law.
The work is varied and includes managing disputes and litigation, conducting workplace investigations, advising on workplace compliance and underpayment matters, assisting with enterprise bargaining and industrial disputes, and providing strategic advice on workforce planning, restructures and corporate transactions.
This is a hands-on role offering significant client contact, the opportunity to mentor junior lawyers, and the chance to work closely with clients to provide practical, commercially focused advice.
About You
To be considered for this role you will be a capable lawyer with successful experience in employment law, from either a front-end or litigation perspective. Ideally suited to a 5-8 PAE lawyer, you will be an Australian qualified lawyer with strong communication and interpersonal skills, commercial awareness, and the confidence to build trusted client relationships.
You will enjoy working as part of a collegiate team, have the ability to mentor junior lawyers, and be motivated to contribute to business development.
