You should be a mid or senior Lawyer with a minimum of 4 years PQE in corporate disputes, commercial litigation, and/or insurance, and insolvency litigation and/or restructuring work. You will work with internationally regarded partners (including ex- Aussies) at one of the best large international firms in the Caymans on a wide range of legal issues while sustaining positive working relationships with colleagues and clients.
You will enjoy technical, strategic and procedural aspects across issues and disputes that arise in an offshore environment which are frequently multi-jurisdictional. You will pride yourself on getting to the core of issues, debating & negotiating difficult situations in a tactful way being conscious of the effects your decisions may have on the business.
In this position you will also develop your management skills, as you will be invited to contribute your thoughts & experience to help with the management and growth of the junior lawyers.
