Looking for a role where you can combine hands-on property work with leadership responsibility? This is a great opportunity to join a highly regarded boutique law firm in Melbourne’s CBD, working closely with a well-regarded senior property lawyer and a genuinely collegiate team.
The firm has a broad client base and acts on interesting property matters nationally, including work spanning Victoria, NSW and tax-related property matters.
You’ll have the opportunity to work across a varied mix of:
- Property acquisitions and disposals
- Buying and selling
- Property development
- Commercial leasing
- Larger and more complex property transactions
- General conveyancing and property advice
- Matters involving interstate and tax considerations
You will run your own files and work directly with clients, while also supervising a small and growing team comprising a graduate, law student and junior lawyer.
We are keen to speak with property lawyers with approximately 4-9 years’ PAE who have solid experience across conveyancing and broader property matters.
