In this role you will work with partners who have strong reputations in the taxation field. You will be working on a range of federal and state tax advice, employment taxes, some high-end tax dispute resolution, and ATO reviews and audits. Also work with a range of corporate and commercial clients providing direct and indirect income tax and corporate advice on acquisitions, property, managed funds, restructures, regulation, and occassionally on international tax matters.
