Skills & experience
You will be a Wills & Estates Lawyer (or a commercial litigation lawyer who would like to move into the area) at the 1-4 year level.
Your new role
Will see you satisfy your desire to work in Litigation and find a firm that has great leadership and that will propel your career.
Ideally, you will have experience in litigation, wills and estates, including; appearing in the Supreme Court of NSW, or a desire to learn and do so; contested complex equity proceedings; contested probate and family provision claims; Elder abuse recovery claims; Probate and administration of estates; and Incidental tax/superannuation issues.
