The Role
Provide advice, litigation and dispute resolution services to a wide range of key government clients.
You will work on matters relating to all aspects of public law including administrative decision-making, FOI, privacy, litigation involving merits review and judicial review proceedings in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and Federal Courts.
You
Have 1-8 years’ experience gained in a reputable Government litigation practice including experience with our key government clients.
Alternatively, candidates with strong experience in an in-house government role who are looking to transition into private practice.
