Skills & experience
You will be an administrative law litigation lawyer at the 3-5 year level who would like to be in a position of informing policy development, and being part of the premier private government practice in the country.
Your Role
Is a varied and busy one where you will work on high profile dispute resolution and litigation matters, as well as administrative law matters such as freedom of information and judicial review; and royal commissions, inquiries and inquests.
As a team member you will regularly assist in merits review and judicial review of government decisions, tort claims and commercial disputes.
Represent clients including Government Departments and agencies as well as private sector bodies. Provide advice on decision making and management of legal risks, statutory interpretation, regulatory matters, the conduct of compliance and enforcement activities, and in relation to information privacy and access to information.
