The commercial litigation team enjoys an excellent reputation due to the experience of the partner you will be reporting to. Advising in a respected environment on general high level commercial litigation and mid-range corporate disputes you will gain broad experience and enjoy plenty of client contact. You will act in disputes for high net worth individuals, and for premier local, national and sometimes international corporates. Work will include mainly high end general commercial litigation/contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, corporations law – shareholder claims, and regulatory disputes.
