Stellar opportunity for an ambitious and driven 1-4 PAE litigator to join boutique firm. Our client specialises in large commercial dispute resolution, class actions, restructuring and insolvency litigation and advisory matters. They are renowned for their direct approach to challenging and obscure legal problems on behalf of clients. The litigation practice is high performing, team driven and collaborative. To succeed in this team, you will be intellectually rigorous, down to earth, highly engaging and sensible. You will be seeking to join a general commercial disputes practice and will enjoy the opportunity to develop your litigation expertise working on complex, high profile matters, in a collaborative team.

Role
Working across two renowned partners, and other senior lawyers, this role will see you get involved in class actions; matters on behalf of large national corporates and high net worth individuals in a range of corporation litigation, including breaches of trust, fiduciary duties, directors duties and multiple breaches of the Corporations Act as well as acting in a number of trust, equity, banking and finance, insolvency, property and consumer and competition related disputes.
