Working under a strong and highly ranked partner, this role will fulfil a crucial stage in your development as you progress your career in the coming years. The firm is renowned for running large and complex disputes, briefs the best counsel, and is not afraid to take a matter to trial when warranted. Areas of interest include regulatory, corporate, M&A disputes, ASIC and ACCC investigations and large, “bet the business” commercial disputes.
To be successful in this role you will posses sound legal and commercial acumen, enjoy dealing with clients face to face and be willing to step up. The firm works with a quality client base and its Melbourne office is particularly strong in disputes.
