Our client is a high profile and high performing boutique firm comprising ex-top tier partners. They act opposite the top-tier firms and punch well above their weight.
Role
The role suits a smart, driven, sensible and down to earth 2-4 PAE litigation lawyer who values both work quality and a collaborative team culture.
You will have a strong academic transcript and solid professional experience in litigation (Federal Court and NSW Supreme Court). Experience in regulatory litigation or competition and consumer law ideal but not essential.
You can expect to work with a number of disputes partners on a range of interesting and high profile matters. Our client has a busy pipeline of work, including defending several major ACCC proceedings (cartel and consumer law claims), a broad range of commercial disputes, private competition and consumer claims, and ASIC investigations.
