About the Role:
- Advise on major commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, and complex structuring
- Draft and negotiate high-quality commercial leases, sale contracts, development agreements, and due diligence reports
- Manage a varied, interesting portfolio of premium matters across retail, industrial, office, and mixed-use developments
- Conduct due diligence, manage risk, and provide strategic advice on planning, zoning, GST, stamp duty, and financing issues
- Collaborate closely with experienced partners and mentor juniors on sophisticated files
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients

About You:
- Admitted to practice in Australia with 5+ years PAE in commercial property law
- Strong technical skills and a track record of delivering high-quality work
- Excellent communication, client relationship skills, and attention to detail
