Keypoint’s consulting principals are experienced lawyers with an average 18 years’ PQE gained at the country’s top law firms and in-house departments. They seek the flexibility and work/life balance that flows from being self-employed while enjoying the same level of support as an employed solicitor of a conventional law firm.

- 10 years’ plus of quality post-qualification experience
- A passion for legal practice
- An established client following or a realistic expectation of developing one
- The ability to gain an unrestricted principal’s practising certificate.
