Skills & responsibilities
You will be a Corporate Finance Lawyer at Associate, Senior Associate or Special Counsel level – overseas applications are welcome as this Partner is dual qualified in Australia and England (no sponsorship however).
Your new role
Your particular focus will be on energy and infrastructure development and corporate finance work. You will assist this partner to regularly advise major international investment banks, sponsors and corporates on complex cross-border finance matters.
