About the Role:

• Lead and advise on complex M&A, private equity deals, joint ventures, capital raisings, and ECM transactions
• Provide strategic corporate governance, compliance, and commercial advisory to listed and unlisted entities
• Draft and negotiate high-quality transaction documents, shareholders’ agreements, investment documentation, and due diligence reports
• Manage a stimulating portfolio of premium matters across sectors like technology, resources, infrastructure, fintech, and healthcare
• Conduct risk assessments, structure deals efficiently, and deliver commercially astute solutions
• Collaborate with experienced partners, mentor juniors, and build lasting client relationships

About You:

• Admitted to practice in Australia with 4+ years PAE in corporate/M&A/commercial law
• Strong technical skills and a track record of delivering high-quality work
• Excellent communication, client relationship skills, and attention to detail
