Work will include high level general commercial and corporate, acquisitions, and joint-ventures, as well as some complex litigation. The General Counsel’s role will be to develop, implement and maintain legal processes, documents and staff training, and provide practical legal advice to assist the business to meet its goals. The GC will also play the role of Integrity Officer and will deal with commercial and regulatory issues both here and overseas.
The Lawyers we Seek

To be considered, you will be an intelligent and well-rounded lawyer with large firm training, and around 10-22 years of experience as a guide. You will be confident but not arrogant, willing to listen, learn and contribute to the business and uphold its values for the long term.
