The opportunity:
Fantastic opening for a generalist lawyer with 5+ years of PQE to lead the property group. Leading boutique with an impressive client base and relaxed culture.
What you will do:
Acting on a range of major transactions in all property sectors, including acting for developers of commercial and residential strata title developments, and leasing for all property sectors. As well as sales of business and more complex development transactions.
You:
– Will have 5+ PQE in property law
– Have previous experience in VIC property matters (including residential, commercial, industrial, retail and more)
– Have strong technical knowledge and communication skills
– Willingness to leader and mentor juniors
