The opportunity
This leading team, situated within the QLD gov’t are highly regarded for the outstanding delivery of legal services. You will work in an intellectually stimulating and challenging environment alongside leading lawyers and help protect the legal interests of the dept.
The role starts on a 12 month contract with a possibility of extension.
What you will do
Provide independent legal advice and documentation related to the construction, commercial and public administration activities of the department and overseeing the development of legislation.
Skills/Experience
You will be a senior property lawyer with 5+ years of PAE gained at a well-regarded law firm or similar gov’t/in-house environment and possess sound technical knowledge, strong communication skills and excel at building/maintaining relationships.
