You will be an IR/Workplace Relations/WH&S/Employment Lawyer at the Senior Associate level with an interest in legal technology/data analytics and internal relationship building who would like to join a high performing team in this global organisation – with a focus on utilisation rate not time billing.
About the roles
Open due to growth, you will work with two Partners (one in Sydney and the other in Melbourne), one Special Counsel/Director, three (3) 2-4 year lawyers and a junior; this is where you can collaborate:
Employment advisory only – drafting employment policies, the full suite of employment contracts, related documentation; advising and representing clients in relation to employee claims such as general protection and unfair dismissal claims; advising on the employment law aspects of mergers & acquisitions and restructures including undertaking employment law due diligence; OR IR only – reviewing and interpreting legislation and industrial instruments and conducting BOOT analysis for compliance projects and EBA drafting; OR WH&S only.
