Skills & experience
You will be a Property Development Lawyer at Senior Associate or Special Counsel level who would like to move in-house, or you may have in-house experience and require more autonomy.
Your new role
Will see you reporting to the General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer who has been with this changing business of 21 years for over 10 years deliverying institutional real estate across three core sectors – residential, retail and hotels. You will have a construction lawyer and para-legal to assist you.
You will have experience in property and development matters, from complex site acquisition transactions to off-the-plan. You will also have exposure to banking & finance, construction, financial services, insurance and corporations law (if possible).
