Skills & experience
You will be an IP Litigator at the 3-4 year level. This experience is needed in order to compliment the existing team.
About the role
Work directly with this partner who is recognised for his work in breach of confidence and advertising litigation. Advise on all aspects of the creation, acquisition, commercialisation, management, protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights. Advise on copyright and brands, and be involved in complex IP litigation, including patent litigation, commercial IP and licensing and anti-counterfeiting.
