As one of the largest global mergers and acquisitions (M&A) insurance teams in the industry, our client has successfully insured thousands of transactions since their inception.
The Role
This junior admin role will appeal to law students seeking to work fulltime, law grads who are not interested in practising law, or junior claims handlers seeking a change.
The M&A Analyst supports the underwriting team in providing efficient and accurate handling of the administrative, system and technical aspects of the underwriting process, with a particular focus on providing warranty and indemnity insurance cover for M&A transactions. It is responsible for the timely and accurate entry of submissions, policy and endorsement issuance, booking premium, and adherence to attestation and underwriting guidelines in file administration.
