It seeks a capable experienced insurance/workers compensation lawyer to join it’s strong group. Opportunity to also enjoy some public liability and asbestos work if desired. Work will involve some serious and catastrophic injuries, and the opportunity will also present to engage in contractual and indemnity disputes, multi-party litigation and recovery proceedings. This impressive team advises on and manages litigated claims for a number of major insurers, underwriters and self-insured corporations.
